Although the theme on a plate is not yet known, the International Organization Committee announced the theme on a platter few weeks ago: rack of suckling veal 5 prime chops with imposed roasted cooking method, a tribute to Paul Bocuse. The candidates will have to reinterpret this great classic and will be judged on the mastery of their cooking, essential to this level of excellence.
