Most talented chefs of the Country competewith each other for Culinary Olympics!

Most important culinary talents of Turkey come together at Sirha Istanbul for Turkish National Selections of Bocuse d’Or, also known as ‘Culinary Olympics’ due to its enthusiastic audience and technical challenges.

Bocuse d’Or, as a showcase for the latest and global trends in cuisine, takes place facing the public with a great enthusiasm. The glorious and famous international jury of Bocuse d’Or Turkish Selections will be presided by Rudolf Van Nunen, Bocuse d’Or Turkish Academy President.

Chefs will demonstrate all of their talents between 10:30 – 16:30, preparing their dishes based on zander, eel or duck according the rules of this year contest. The winner, chosen by the notation of the Jury, will gain the right to represent Turkey for Bocuse d’Or Europe at Sirha Budapest on May 2016. In case of qualifying this semi-final round, he will have the right to carry colours of Turkish flag to the Lyon World Final in 2017.
