GL events is a world leader in events management. As the creators of major events such as the SIRHA trade show, Bocuse d’Or contest, and Omnivore festival, GL events has decided to go even further by creating SIRHA GREEN, the world event dedicated to responsible Food-Service in France.
In the booming environment of organic, bio, ‘free-from foods’, vegan and vegetarian, but also from local producers to the restaurants’ menu, GL events stands as a forerunner. Indeed, the launch of this new trade show highlights the emergence of social and environmental responsibility throughout the industry.
The objectives of SIRHA GREEN are multiple and ambitious. They are resolutely turned toward the long term:
- Present the responsible food-service offering as a whole with its great diversity
- Introduce this offering to decision-makers and project bearers
- Federate the players and communicate on the transformations in the industry
- Highlight the many initiatives and new offers
- Offer a platform where pioneers and forerunners can express their ideas
Many exhibitors will be present to introduce new ‘green’ solutions for instance regarding: supply and certification, production equipment and management, distribution, shipping and storage, also solutions for a sustainable design for kitchens and dining rooms, new technologies, as well as new services and providers to the industry.

See you on 17-19 June 2018 Eurexpo Lyon, France for the first edition of SIRHA GREEN. The trade show will subsequently be held every even year.
