«Haute» pastry competition
The International Confectionery Art Competition is an international pastry competition which has embodied a varied combination of forms over the past 10 years: of cultures, synonymous to richness; of technique, flavour, taste and fragrance; of people, as pastry is about sharing and constitutes a common language, mode of expression, and an opportunity to exchange no matter where you come from.
THIS COMPETITION IS AT THE SAME TIME THE FRUIT, AND THE VECTOR OF THIS DIVERSITY. IT IS THE MEANS OF ENDORSING AN OPEN VISION OF SOCIETY.
