The International Organising Committee met to draw the order in which the 21 teams participating in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie will compete during the Finale held on January 27th and 28th 2019 in Lyon.
RUNNING ORDER OF THE COMPETING TEAMS
21 FINALIST TEAMS DETERMINED AFTER 2 YEARS OF SELECTION PROCESS
A total of 55 countries competed in national and then continental selections in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America and Africa to determine the 21 teams participating in the international Finale organised on January 27th and 28th in Lyon during the Sirha trade show. Each team composed of 3 specialized professionals – 1 chocolate artist, 1 sugar specialist and 1 ice expert – will have to compete with creativity and high technical level to convince the jury.
