Sirha Istanbul will open its doors on November 24 to 26 at Istanbul Convention Center and present a comprehensive offering as well as extremely rich event and intellectual content.
300 exhibitors and brands will feature a wide variety of exhibitors in all areas of food service and hospitality. Visitors will also get the chance to taste and discover unique and distinct products from remote areas in Anatolia or from Peru, guest country of honour this year.
Sirha Istanbul will again make its culinary show with the Turkish pre-selection round for Bocuse d’Or and Omnivore exclusive avant-garde culinary festival.

The place where professionals can taste singular and authentic products
For the first 4rth edition, Peru is guest country of honour and visitors will discover unique and distinct Peruvian food products. Peruvian chef Luis Arevalo from KENA restaurant in Madrid specialised in fusion of Peruvian and Japanese food will make the show and explain how to use the Peruvian products to innovate in cuisine.
As professionals are also interested in authentic savours from the Turkish regions, Taste Inventory of Anatolia will focus every day on 3 to 4 small producers coming from remote areas in the country. Famous chefs will cook on stage and visitors will be able to taste interesting recipes based on these typical products from the Turkish gastronomic heritage.

8 Turkish chefs will compete for this world-famous cuisine competition pre-selection round and try to get to get their ticket for the final Turkish Bocuse d’Or selection next year. A great opportunity to watch and cheer the future talent in the country. Chef Rudoldph Van Nunen will preside over this pre-selection round.

The contemporary cuisine laboratory is back on Sirha Istanbul!
After Paris, Moscow, Shanghai, Montreal and London Omnivore will settle again in Istanbul.
12 avant-garde Turkish chefs including Kaan Sakarya from the recently openend Basta Street Food Bar in Istanbul or Maksut Askar from Neolokal will reveal their cooking secrets to the public.

Sirha, the World Hospitality & Food event brings together food service professionals to share trends Food World Service. Held in Lyon – France every January of odd years, it has hosted for more than 20 years international culinary competitions: The Bocuse d’Or and the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, created respectively by Paul Bocuse and Gabriel Paillasson.
