Unexpected, inspiring and clever, always contributing added-value, innovation will have an additional showcase in 2017: the Start-up village.

The objective for this first edition of the Start-up Village: support and highlight innovation in all its forms. Offer a dedicated platform to express innovation with the support of CIC bank. The catering and food service sectors represent a new and prolific playground for the digital wave and this attracts many young entrepreneurs brimming with fresh ideas and new solutions.

Sirha is a melting pot for trends and the Start-up Village inaugurated as part of the 2017 edition further contributes to this. Innovative digital reservation book especially designed together with, and for restaurateurs. The app is available for iPad, smartphone, PC/Mac, and is used by both prestigious establishments (Maison Bras, Tour d’Argent, Py’R…) and local restaurants.
